My parents stayed awhile ago when they were visiting and couldn't say enough about this place, so I had to try it out. It was definately worth the try! The staff was friendly, down to earth and seemed to love their job. We had a great room - where else do you get a rubber ducky for your bath!? I didn't want to get out of the most comfortable bed the next morning, but did anyways and enjoyed the best breakfast in Syracuse. My husband and I stayed the night we got married and it was by far the best night of sleep that we have ever had! the beds are so comfortable and the feather comforter was heavenly! Breakfast the next morning was increadalbe too! Not that same old juice, coffee and doughnuts deal - a REAL breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage and made to order omletes! I might just move in! :)
i stayed here with my family while we were having our house painted great location- we could walk all over comfy beds- nice big room really friendly staff- very helpful with anything we needed loved the free breakfast
This is a great hotel- kind of a hidden gem- I've traveled a LOT and haven't found a better place! The staff is just so helpful and friendly. Location is fantastic- perfect for business- I entertain a lot so being close to BC and Lemon Grass is perfect for me! Definitely recommend!
Love this place staff is very friendy- rare these days unfortunately breakfast was incredible- we had omelets bed was very comfortable large bathroom big screen TV! that was fun! and location can't be beat- i'll definitely be back!
