Deliver the paper consistently! I live in California and get my paper sporadically. For the price we pay we should have better service! And the circulation department couldn't care less. In fact I've been treated rudely.
They act like they're doing you a favor by delivering the newspaper. The circulation department acts like you've interrupted their entire day, if you call to tell them you didn't get the paper. I mistakenly thought they were being paid for a service.
Stop charging to access obituaries. That was extremely petty.
It gives me local news & also current world news.
For the past month I have been talking to someone at the Tribune in regards to not receiving my paper daily . To be a company that is becoming obsolete you would think you would value your customers. At first I wasn't sure if it was our post office or the paper office, even left a message for the circulation manager. I never received a call back. In my opinion customer service is less than desirable.
Great Staff - Easy to work with!
Not only are typos and errors incredibly common, but they also report very little on the numerous lawsuits and incidents of misconduct in JCPS in an attempt to not make them look bad. Not very good journalism.
