Front office staff are very rude! If you don't like your job find a new one, no smile, no how are you, everytime we come here I absolutely dread it!
If you gotta see the “Colonoscopy Queen”, “Dr. Sara Echelmeyer”, this would be the place! Like anybody is excited to get a colonoscopy, but at least you can get your booty probed it in comfort here! First class service!!!
Today I had a colonoscopy at this great facility. Cindy at the reception desk was warm and welcoming at 6:30 am. Jamie, my RN, was kind, efficient and thorough. Dr. Swicegood (sorry for the spelling), the Anesthesiologist was kind, caring and patient. Megan the nurse in the operating room was also kind, friendly and helpful. Dr Dundulis was excellent also. These wonderful people in all departments have treated me so professionally, very kind, I have faith in them. They accidentally on purpose found my husband’s lung cancer during a different test. I would probably would’ve gone undiagnosed it wasn’t for them. Thank You so much.
I showed up for a scheduled procedure only to be told it wasn’t covered — despite the fact that I had received a text clearly stating I only owed a small portion of what they were now claiming. I even showed them the text, and they still tried to charge me significantly more. Completely unorganized, misleading, and unprofessional. Avoid this place if you expect clear communication or basic competence.
