Worst mistake of my life! The only thing they are good for is treating as many patients in one day as they can. I was misdiagnosed with schizophrenia after a angry outburst, put on court ordered meds. That was a year of my life gone, and not treating my true problems. To get off court ordered meds at my court date the dr that misdiagnosed me said I’d start doing meth if off my meds when I have and would never touch meth. I have been seeing their psychiatric department for years, and continue to be impressed with them. They offer a lot of services and are quick to help problem solve.

I adore this place and their staff! When TriWest VA Community Care sent me here I was not sure how it would go. However I was set up with a phenomenal therapist that greatly click with and we came up with a wonderful treatment plan. The Psychiatrist I work with has been very insightful and was able to have a great discussion with me. The front office staff knows their roles very well and have helped me out with all of my admin and correspondence needs. Waited 2.5 months to see a psychiatrist asking to be taken off the heavy sedative I was prescribed and put on something milder so that I could seek employment. When I asked for suggestions he said they didnt like to give people meds as if I was some junkie that had just waitied 2 and a half months to chase some high. He refused to suggest any medications and instead suggested staying on the heavy sedatives I was trying to get away from.
