I don’t really recommend JCMH unless you’re in DIRE need of help. Calloway could barely do her job professionally and she just smiled more in our conversation once she realized she wouldn’t be my prescriber anymore. And my prescriber before her was judgmental & deleted all my records as soon as she thought she could get away with it. I’m glad to be rid of JCMH, honestly.

My therapist, Lindsey Stevenson, is absolutely fantastic, she’s a great fit for me and incredibly helpful.
I sought out some counseling a couple weeks back. I’ve been going to Westminster Medical for many years for primary care. (The therapists they refer you to work for Jefferson Center). I always thought that they over pushed their psych department but this time I went ahead and said sure, why not. The thing about starting up with a new therapist is getting through those first few sessions where you get to re live all the trauma and horrible life mistakes in order to catch this person up on what the problems are.
