I've had only bad experiences here, can't get a full session, no help or advice and it feels more like dismissing what I say rather than actually caring about it. They also can't run medicaid properly and frankly its a waste of time, energy, and money to come here
Do not trust they forget about their clients and don't get back to you to try to resolve a complaint. I feel worse as a human being now than I ever have I feel very unseen and I don't matter thank you.
I’ve been seeing my therapist since 2021, and I honestly would not be where I am today without her. She is kind, relatable, patient, understanding, supportive, caring; I could honestly go on and on about her. I also receive support with a psychiatrist who also is understanding, helpful, and collaborative. Their vocational services department has been by my side as I navigate my career with my disabilities, navigation is always so sweet, nurses are communicative, the office staff is warm and inviting. They have been the only thing holding my life together. They are helpful friendly and attentive staying on any situation until it is solved
