Amazing people work here! My brother has utilized many of the services of Jefferson Center for Mental health for many years including services for counseling, mental health treatments and payee services. Everyone has consistently treated him with kindness and respect! Everyone on the phone, in the office and at each of the service areas has been great! Do not waste your time here you will call they will send you over to nurse hotline for a month striaght and never ever will they answer you will leave voicemails time after time after time and nothing. Go somewhere they care about your mental health and provide great services.

Been going here for years and my therapist has been great. However, they recently asked me for my proof of income to continue at the rate I had been paying and was informed I no longer qualify for the rate I have been paying for all of these years since they saw medical insurance deductions on my paystub. Yes, I have insurance, but seeing a counselor through my insurance is $120/session which I cannot afford which is why I started going here. Overdosed me on one of my meds while taking the other away, lying about a weapon to get police involved , now not contacting me for two appnts making me banned.
