La personal del local parece que no quiere vender , y te enseña las cosas muy a fuerza, además huele un poco feo desde la entrada. Agarré un vestido para probármelo porque honestamente me urgía y llevo siendo talla M toda mi vida, al momento de agarrarlo me dice la señora dice “No te queda, no te lo puedes probar” y era XL. Fue una decepción el trato con la gente porque iba con mi familia y hasta ellos cuando vieron el trato hacia mí y dijeron “Mejor ya vámonos”

As a groom, I had the opportunity to visit this bridal shop with my soon-to-be wife and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, they listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect dress for my wife. If I could give it 0 stars, I would!! Bad service doesn't begin to describe our awful experience! The sales lady was nice on our first visit. We specifically asked if the alterations we needed could be done. She assured us they could and there shouldn't be a problem. Few weeks later on our first fitting, she made my daughter feel bad about herself, telling her she must have gained weight because the dress didn't fit her right. Come to find out later, she was tying the corset wrong, and she was making the dress not fit right!... read more
