The dr seemed nice at first but was very cold towards me. I definitely didn’t feel secure or cared for. I told her my medication was back ordered for the past week and I wasn’t sure what to do and she said “just wait” with a smile on her face. It’s still back ordered a week later. If my old dr didn’t help me out I don’t know what I woulda done. Definitely not happy with the care here

We have been waiting ALL NIGHT for someone from Jefferson Behavioral to see my child!!!! This is totally a game being played by Jefferson and the Behavioral system here when the staff knows full well we have therapy appointments today!! Please people do not waste your child's health on this network.
