Be careful of their service department employee Cort.almost 3 years after buying a $2.2m boat from them there are still 5 warrantee items that Jbys has failed to repair. While waiting for the warrantee repairs JBYS replaced the batteries and sent a bill for 4500. When the bill was not paid JBYS went back on the boat and removed the batteries. Very bad customer service and vindictive action of a service or department that is unable to close it the warrantee items.
Went there to inquire about purchase boat. Sales man took my info and said will call me once have something. I seen many boats come and go on there website I emailed them about it no one ever responded.
Nice marina located on Jefferson, lots of types of boat wells, jet ski wells, walk up and drive up wells, gas and dump onsite.
