I have never worked at a place that claims to be pet friendly but has such a blatant disregard for the safety and well-being of the dogs that live in their Apartments. I have worked with dogs for about a decade and to have broken call boxes , nobody in the office , no back up numbers, when I am stuck outside in 100 degrees with dogs ,no water , and no way to get back inside is grossly negligent on their part. RecommendedResponsive & professional staff on-site, friendly community, updated amenities (including pool, gym, package concierge, and movie theater & entertaining room with pool. We've lived here 3 years and love it !
A great place to live. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Everyone who lives there is so nice and friendly. And you can not beat the location near Legacy. I would highly recommend it!
If you're interested, STAY AWAY. They engage in deceptive business practices, according to MA laws. They are horribly unresponsive to written requests and deceptively withhold funds from security deposits. We signed a lease nearly 5 months ago and have yet to receive a copy of the lease. As a result of these, we've been forced to file a formal complaint with the MA Office of Attorney General.
I think people suppose to stay way from Jefferson apartment in Dedham it is a lot of discrimination from the management Dedham is a great city I being leaving here for 8 years we don't have discrimination here that's why Jefferson management need to understand that I will make show the Antony General in Boston I have prove wat they did to me.
