This is a place in a nicer part of the town hall part of Hamden, but the fire department noise, thin windows, cold windows and weirdo neighbors make for a 'watch your back' living place! You have the management, who will lie and take your money, while one worker looks like a hard-core drug addict, one step away from going back to rehab!
