This is a place in a nicer part of the town hall part of Hamden, but the fire department noise, thin windows, cold windows and weirdo neighbors make for a 'watch your back' living place! You have the management, who will lie and take your money, while one worker looks like a hard-core drug addict, one step away from going back to rehab! I am bidding farewell to this place this Sunday. I have stayed here for two years with my wife as it was our first place together. Now that we are buying a home, we are relieved to be moving out of this apartment. At first it seemed pretty nice, the tenants were nice, the distance from the beach was convenient and to have a private pool for the complex was a major plus.
