I lived here for about 2 1/2 years. we had a positive experience. Maintence was always timely and fixed any issues we had & Grace has great communication skills and is so sweet. The only “issues” that would arise is flooding during heavy rain due to debris clogging drains but this is usually fixed quickly by residents or staff/maintenance. We felt safe living here with our kiddos. We only moved due to some personal circumstances. would recommend living here!
Jefferson Arm's Staff has and continues to do everything they can to meet my family's needs during this move. It has been one of the most pleasant Moves We have made thus far.

My move in experience was honestly very good. Grace treated me with so much respect and she was amazing handling everything that we were being hit with.
