My brother enlisted me to help him apply for an apartment at Jefferson Arms. He works longgg hours. He liked this apartment’s locations and price most of all. He needs a place asap and is currently in a hotel. So I applied last Wednesday and I have not heard a peep from a leasing agent. I’ve been emailing, calling and even stopped by. Well here we go again. Yesterday I made a review about having a hard time being able to contact management. Once my 1 star review was posted they got back with me…..issue not solved and now today i was suppose to get a call back……..Today: no call back and I am not getting any response to emails or messages. Being that I have questions about my monthly rent being different THIS month….with no reasons…..but they expect me to pay it with no questions or answers?????
These are some small cramped thin wall apartments and if your lucky you won't get stuck with some lousy "Karen" type of neighbors who complain about hearing everything going on in your apartment. If you care about privacy, mind your own business and not constantly getting nagged DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The rent is way too high to be dealing with flooding parking lots and a small kiddy swimming pool that doesn't even have a lot of space. I love this apartment. It's quiet, affordable, clean... everything you really could want in an apartment. Ross, in the front office, really makes living here special. There are events for residents, he gives everyone a card for their birthday, he makes sure maintenance is done in a timely manner, he makes sure the grounds are clean and tidy, and he makes sure residents are aware of what's going on in our community.
