Jefferson Apartments has been really nice, good college apartments or when you need to save up.

I would definitely recommend renting from here for future Alex Tech students. It's very close to the college, there's free WiFi, and the manager always finds a way to collaborate based on problems the apartments need fixing (be it interior damage, water pressure, electrical issues, rent, roommate issues, etc.) It's unfortunate that Shannon -- the current manager -- is resigning, but I can't wait to start collaborating with Anna!
Very bad management neighbors are very loud and when you tell the management abiut it they do nothing at all cause they have precious little favorite and people can basically do whatever they want as long as they are managements precious people it doesnt even deserve a one star rating only good thing is you get free WiFi and that's about it so if you aren't a favorite your basically nothing to management
