After my application was approved, they suddenly said we have to change the move in date for a month earlier, and I said I am not okay, but it’s fine things happen sometimes, but I want to refund the money that I paid, but they said unfortunately we do not refund the money!!!! They can change the date to where ever they want and they reject to give your application fee back!
Only thing good about it is the price. Worst thing about it is they have beef with Spectrum, so the only option is DSL internet, which means max download speed is 10mb/sec costing $90/month. For the sake of their customers, they shouldn't settle for such poor internet in 2024.
