Only thing good about it is the price. Worst thing about it is they have beef with Spectrum, so the only option is DSL internet, which means max download speed is 10mb/sec costing $90/month. For the sake of their customers, they shouldn't settle for such poor internet in 2024.

I've had the unique experience of living at Jefferson Apartment. Initially, I moved out due to sudden and disruptive construction activities right outside the building. Then returning again, which speaks volumes about the quality of life here. The standout feature for me has been the swift and efficient maintenance service. This rental company is absolutely atrocious. I’ve had to wait days for someone to look at my stove, had to deal with neighbors who harassed me on a weekly basis, and was basically blackballed to other rental companies which made it very difficult to find a new place. Would not recommend this apt complex to anyone it’s not worth Jefferson Apts’ terrible management.
