Only thing good about it is the price. Worst thing about it is they have beef with Spectrum, so the only option is DSL internet, which means max download speed is 10mb/sec costing $90/month. For the sake of their customers, they shouldn't settle for such poor internet in 2024.

I've had the unique experience of living at Jefferson Apartment. Initially, I moved out due to sudden and disruptive construction activities right outside the building. Then returning again, which speaks volumes about the quality of life here. The standout feature for me has been the swift and efficient maintenance service. This rental company is absolutely atrocious. I’ve had to wait days for someone to look at my stove, had to deal with neighbors who harassed me on a weekly basis, and was basically blackballed to other rental companies which made it very difficult to find a new place. Would not recommend this apt complex to anyone it’s not worth Jefferson Apts’ terrible management.

Don't move into this place. Overpriced for what it is, floors are incredibly bowed and walls are thin. Upped the price for drying clothes so effectively doubled the cost of doing laundry. As other reviewers have mentioned, you are stuck with using AM3 internet, which frequently goes down. (Not good during a time when using Zoom is necessary.) Maintenance staff are actually great but overworked. Staff routinely took packages from in front of our door and held them; we never asked them to do that. We moved out last month. It's... read more
