I don’t know if this company has closed and sold their phone number to subcontractors, but if you have your own wet/dry shop vac, save yourself the money. I thought they would have a high powered vacuum coming from their truck. They will try and upsell you on “deep cleaning” once they arrive and you’ll still be left with a tremendous amount of dirt. The photo is of what I pulled out of my vent with a rubber glove after they left.
Jefferson Air Duct Cleaning delivered exceptional results. The team was prompt, knowledgeable, and left our ducts spotless. Our home feels revitalized, and we're grateful for their excellent service.

The service was very professionally done. We loved the before and after pictures of the ducts. They inspected each vent, the filters and in our case we did not have a replacement filter. They put in a temporary one as well. The floors were all covered to avoid footprints. After it was done, they verified the HVAC was working as it should. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.
The two gentlemen who came out were very professional and friendly. They showed me before and after pictures of the work and I am so glad we cleaned our vents because they sure needed it! After cleaning the vents, one of the cleaners shared information about our humidifiers and recommended changing a couple filters around the house. The information that came after cleaning our vents was voluntary and I really appreciated it.
