Moved into a property cohabited by my landlord and owner/stakeholder of Jefferson Adams property management (upstairs neighbor) about 3 months ago and have had an amazing experience thus far. Certainly the best I’ve had as a renter. The family who owns the building are very sweet, kind, and dignified. I recently moved into an apartment owned by Jefferson Adams Co and so far the experience has been very positive throughout! The owner takes personal care of all the apartments and makes sure they are in excellent condition before new tenants move in. The building manager is also very responsive! Definitely a recommend!
