The doctors are great. The folks making appointments have a horrible disposition on the phone. They sound annoyed that you’re calling and aren’t friendly. More of a Time Warner customer service vibe than what used to be friendly, bubbly voices. In addition, the hold time to get one of these gems on the phone to make an appointment takes too long.
We love seeing Melanie Dawson! She is very personable, great bedside manner and takes extra time, as needed. We love that she remembers little things about our family and my boys adore her! She never disappoints.
