We had a great experience buying my new vehicle today. They are very transparent and fair in their trade in valuations, and they are not pushy at any part of the process. No games no gimmicks. For 8 years, I got my prius car serviced in jeff wyler. Paying $1000 average per year just for car maintenance. So far, i paid grand total of $8563.08 ( includes taxes and extra fees) Compared to independent shops that only cost $600 average per year. Now jeff wyler is adding extra fee if I pay with credit card. No way I will continue going to Jeff wyler. Too expensive for same service that can be done more affordable somewhere else. No thanks.

Alex was a great sales agent and PJ in finance at the Toyota store was diligent in getting the best terms for me. Vehicle price was extremely reasonable and customer service was above average. Would purchase from them again.
