Had several family members purchase brand new cars from this location over the past 5 years, so we decided to go in and get one as well. We were told if we came in and did a testimonial we'd get a free tank of gas she stopped in and our salesman wasn't there but we left a 5 star review.... However it seems even after my wife left a five-star review we were told that that offer expired as well apparently we couldn't do it in 3 weeks time frame because we were dealing with a recent death in the family. I keep thinking "maybe next time it will be better" when I go here, but it never is. I took my 23 Elantra in for warranty work and recalls. Supposed to be same day, but after dropping the car off at 830a, I received no call that day. I tried to talk to someone numerous times on the 2nd day and no real response of what is going on. I tell them via text to button up the car, I am coming to get it, then they magically remember how to use a phone and call me. They said parts won't be in for another day.
