If you buy a new vehicle from them, and they add the ceramic coating for exterior and interior treatment. Make them show you what they use and about the process. Bought a 2026 Palisade Hybrid from them in the $60,000 price range. First rain nothing beaded up on it. If they use anything it’s in a spray wash. If you want it done, take it elsewhere and pay the professionals to do the job for you instead. I feel they took $1300 from me.
