I have reported several issues with my vehicle since day One. I purchased an extended warranty as well as other insurance. None of my issues can be addressed without some enormous out of pocket expense. What am I paying for with the warranty and why was nothing addressed since day One. Now my oil light flickers. I was told 2 months after purchase when there was flickering and absolutely no oil in my car to bring it in for an oil change. This business is unethical. Do not believe their online listings! “Reduced for quick sale” is a lie and they will instead jack up the price and say its “the best we can do.” Save your time and hard-earned money and shop anywhere else!

I need scheduling for recalls and computer updates. Wyler’s system STINKS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL! I’ve tried no less than a dozen times to schedule (in person, online, and by phone. It’s 2 weeks now and nothing! When I’ve talked to a human, I’m told to go online and communicate with an artificial intelligence! AI says a human will call. If I were holding my breath for a call, I’d be dead! WARNING do NOT go to Wyler for this service!!! I called a Beavercreek dealership and got scheduled in less than five minutes. I wish I could leave this dealership 0 stars. It offers horrendous service, poor communication and illegally baits consumers. I went to go buy a car, took it for a test drive, agreed on the full selling price that was listed online, and then was told later that it had not yet gone through their service department, and the price listed on the site was not correct. If I wanted it, I would need to pay double. I ask for this to get resolved by texting my sales person, Kody, his manager, Matt, and his manager, Scott. No response.... read more

My son bought his first car at Jeff Wyler in October of 2022, has had to have the car serviced multiple times due to the engine light being on since he drove it off of the lot. He also bought the extended warranty and they are saying that it is not eligible due to an error with the original contract. They marked it as a new vehicle on one page and a used vehicle on another page, which makes the warranty no good. Very economical Toyota Service Center Even though Springfield is about 80 miles from Mason (where I live), I took my Toyota Camry to them for major service since I found that they usually quote the lowest prices of any Toyota in the vicinity by a wide margin. The guys at the service center are really great, well trained and are quick in diagnosing a problem. For major maintenance service, they even provide free rental car for a day. They are honest and will not take you for a ride.

BOUGHT A JEEP FROM JEFF WYLER. 2 DAYS AFTER BUYING IT WE HAD TO TAKE IT BACK BECAUSE IT WAS LEAKING OIL. THEY FIXED AFTER I FOUND THE PART. 5 MONTHS 5000 MILES LATER THE AXLE SEALS ARE LEAKING AND THEY WONT COVER OR FIX EVEN THOUGH I HAVE A 6 MONTH 6000 MILE WARRANTY. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER I WILL BE STERRRING PEOPLE AWAY FROM HERE AS LONG AS I LIVE 1 STAR IS BECAUSE I COULDNT LEAVE 0 STARS

Do not buy from Jeff Wyler in any way, shape or form! He sold my husband and I a lemon and now is refusing to accept any responsibility for it at all! The only thing that Gary H keeps telling me to do is contact GM! They will set up a meeting with you and God forbid if you have to reschedule because they won't! They ignore emails from you! In fact, they pretty much just take your money and run!! If I could give them a negative rating, trust me, I would! It's pretty bad when you have to turn a dealership into the BBB... read more
