Just found out that Jeff Wyler screwed me out of 7 months of my warranty. I bought a Kia brand new in 2015. The warranty was 10 years and 100000 miles. I now have a problem with my transmission but they won’t fix it. They bought the car from Kia in 2014 and registered it with Kia as a test vehicle. So that meant the warranty stared in sept. Of 2014. I called to verify that a vehicle was still available and requested a quote on shipping. I offered to put a down payment on the vehicle as well. Upon receiving the shipping cost I asked for an OTD pricing. The dealer contacted me and said they had mismarked the price by $4,000 and raised the price on me. The price still shows on different sites the lower price they only raised the price online. Bait and switch and false advertising.
I purchased a car from Jeff Wyler in July 2023 I felt pressured into getting the Wyler care and advised it wasn’t in my budget but was made to feel like I absolutely need it. This adds an additional $100 payment a month. After speaking with others I realized Wyler care was not something that I needed. We took our 2016 Kia Sorrento in for a warranty check. The warranty was for leaking coolant and advised in letter that the diagnostic would be free if found there was leaking coolant. While it was not leaking at the gasket, the coolant was very much leaking. We paid $1400 to have the coolant housing completely placed. Kia refused to waive the diagnostic fee. They love to jam people with 25% interest rate loans. I believe they have something going with the lender so they get first crack at repos. They don't care if you can make the payments. They just want the sake.
I have had nothing but issues with Jeff Wyler Springfield. Bought a Titan in October, took it back 3 days later for headlight assembly, one light didn’t work still when I got it back. 2.5 weeks later engine power reduced warning and truck into limp mode… had to have towed 2hrs to them, at my expense, cause they wouldn’t let anyone else work on it then they tell me they can’t work on it cause they don’t service Nissans so they ship it to someone to work on it. Went to trade in our car for a brand new one! We went to the dealership a total of 3 times. First time found the car we wanted they said trade in would be 19,334. I wasn’t happy with that number. Then we got a text yesterday stating they would give 2K more for the vehicle. I responded what would the trade in value be then.. he replied and stated 21,338.
