Very economical Toyota Service Center Even though Springfield is about 80 miles from Mason (where I live), I took my Toyota Camry to them for major service since I found that they usually quote the lowest prices of any Toyota in the vicinity by a wide margin. The guys at the service center are really great, well trained and are quick in diagnosing a problem. For major maintenance service, they even provide free rental car for a day. They are honest and will not take you for a ride.

Do not buy from Jeff Wyler in any way, shape or form! He sold my husband and I a lemon and now is refusing to accept any responsibility for it at all! The only thing that Gary H keeps telling me to do is contact GM! They will set up a meeting with you and God forbid if you have to reschedule because they won't! They ignore emails from you! In fact, they pretty much just take your money and run!! If I could give them a negative rating, trust me, I would! It's pretty bad when you have to turn a dealership into the BBB, AutoBBB, contact an attorney and more... JUST RUN!!!

So my experience with Jeff Wyler Springfield Kia was an interesting one. I contacted this dealership about the vouchers and ads claiming to wipe away negative equity, and 0% financing, and the up to 5000 dollars KBB offer. Turns out, they do max out the KBB offer of 5000 dollars because they hugely devalue your trade in (in my case a Mustang GT 5.0 2020 with 20650 miles.) rating my car which is not a fair value assessment anywhere else other than here. Whereas other dealerships without the 5k dollar added promotion were matching, or even beating the value they gave me. That is incredibly disingenuous, and while I expressed my concerns first on and understood that there would be a mix of wiggle room and miracles, for them to pay it off as if they were doing me a favor was upsetting. I would not recommend this place for both sales, or trade ins and be very concerned when talking to them previously about deals, rebates and offers as they will most likely stretch the truth, or flat out lie as there were no rebates. They have continuously tried to delete my comments warning people of them offering rebates, deals, and money price wiggle room when in fact they had ZERO of these offers.

Owner Beware! Do your homework! Look online at what model and year Toyota you have because of a possible fatal flaw in the breaking component, the actuator. You can find a list of Toyota vehicles that have reported this issue. There was a class action lawsuit and needs to be one now. There is an article called Toyota’s dirty secret. Different articles are asking for recalls on certain models to replace the actuator. Complaints allege Toyota mechanics ignore or discount brake light warnings. Allegations are that Toyota waits to see if you report braking danger. Now I have to pay $3400 to fix what many online agree should be a recall. I think brake warning lights were on before 100 k miles under the manufacturer warranty. Regardless, the brake warning lights were ignored by service after 100 K. I assumed it was a ‘stuck light’. I had a few times where the ‘anti lock’ brakes locked making the vehicle out of control. I thought I overreacted braking until what could have been a fatal crash. Other owners reported they thought it was their error. The last time, my Toyota Prius 2012, again during emergency braking, veered into the concrete barrier then did a hard ninety degree angle into two lanes of interstate stopping all four lanes. All other cars stopped in a straight line. Other Toyota owners have hit the concrete barrier or multiple vehicles. Injuries reported but no deaths. It’s hard to complain of braking issues if your dead. I think if there are deaths it would appear as driver error in losing control. I doubt anyone has checked the actuator. I’m very disappointed that Toyota has negligence over the most important safety issue. The least is mechanics shouldn’t neglect warning about a possible fatal flaw, though it should be a recall. Please don’t assume as I did that nothing is wrong with your brakes because Toyota fails to address it.

Do yourself a favor and NEVER go to Jeff Wyler for a car. I went to Jeff Wyler to purchase a new car on Saturday November 20th. I was excited because they had all three vehicles that I wanted to test drive. First - they never asked for my license or insurance. They did not have me sign a test drive form. I was slightly worried that if these two folks were that loosey goosey with the rules what else are they loosey goosey about? Turns out it was their ethics. The car I wanted was MSRP for 38,610 with Jeff Wyler's MSRP for 37,838. I am related to an employee I was supposed to receive a 2500 discount. I had 3,000 for a trade in, and 3,000 down. They came back with an offer of over 43,000. They told me it included the discount and it was the taxes and title that made it so expensive. They told me that the best they could do was 800 a month for 60 month loan or 600 for 84 months. After everything was said and done, the best offer was 590 for 84 months. I have a decent credit score 2nd or 1st tier depending on which credit report you look at. I should have qualified for a decent interest rate, They would not disclose the interest rate they found for me, how much the taxes were, documentation fee, or title fees. They used all high pressure sales tactics - scarcity, lying about how much their car payments were to make the 600 a month seem fair. They assured me my insurance would not go up much going from a 2009 to 2022 car. Without asking me, they added upgrades to the car and added it to the total price - including a blinking tail light that would cost me over 600.00. I asked them if we could look into getting a white car, and they told me it would so difficult to find another color. I would have to wait and there was no guarantee that it would be in a reasonable time. After we walked out of the dealership WITHOUT buying the car, they called and said they had found me a white car and could have it to the dealership by Monday. Imagine that! Then both the salespeople, Trish and Kenny, aggressively called and texted me trying to get me to come back. I finally had to block both of their numbers to get them to stop bothering me. Kenny even went to my relative and bothered her. He told her that he was just "Trying to get me back to earth on the cost of the car, that what I wanted was unreasonable." We went to another dealership the same day and got quoted 580 a month for 72 months with only 3500 down. 5500 dollars less than what we offered to put down at Jeff Wyler. Funny how unreasonable I am in thinking that math is a standard skill and has predictable results. Eventually I was so disgusted by this dealership I decided their was no way I could buy a Tuscon because I would always think of those horrible people, how they lied, and how they tried to take advantage of me. I ended up going to ************** and working with a wonderful sales person who got me a wonderful brand new CRV EXL for 480 a month. Do yourself a favor and NEVER go to Jeff Wyler for a car.
Business Response:

We have addressed the issue and there is no further actions required at this time. Thank you

---------------NOTICE-------------- Do not buy a car/truck from Jeff Wyler in Springfield Ohio. The attitude of their sales people is we can charge you MSRP or Over (BECAUSE WE CAN!). My dad bought a new car from Jeff Wyler Hyundai, they told him we can charge this BECAUSE WE CAN! My lease was up and the salesman says he can charge these prices BECAUSE HE CAN! Now I know about the chip shortage and that all of the car world is upside down right now. But not all dealers are telling people this. I do not get out a lot, because I'am sick, but hearing this 2x from the same dealership is very disturbing to say the least. There is going to be a day when microchips and pandemics are over and these dealers want you to come and buy a car for a normal price, we'll I for one will not buy a car from a dealer that allows their sales people to treat customers this way. Remember folks this market is going to change, so if you can wait, then wait. If you have a dealership that treats you with respect note that and support them! Jeff Wyler Hyundai and Toyota isn't even cleaning their used cars because they claim they are selling them so fast! So there is trash in the used cars where people have turned them in and they haven't even been swept out according to a Toyota salesperson because it is to expensive. Also cars with big scrapes down the middle, and tires that are legally bald are selling way above sticker, BECAUSE THEY CAN! The salesmen even said these cars were already serviced!!! Warning: STAY A WAY FROM JEFF WYLER NEW AND USED CAR SALES IN Springfield, Ohio! Go to another dealer that treats you with respect and values your business, BECAUSE YOU CAN! Please feel free to like and share this information!

Service center for auto collision repair is terrible. They have had my car in their service department for 11 days to run a diagnostic report and have not started or given a date when they will start. I have made several calls and have talked with at least three different people. No one knows what the other is doing and they do not return messages when requesting them be returned. They have only given excuses.
Business Response:

Spoke with customer in regards to visit. miscommunication among multiple departments led to missed opportunities with the customer. Customer simply was not kept informed on the process while vehicle was at the dealership. Advised the customer of our recent staffing issues as well as our inability to keep him informed on the status of his vehicle. These are not acceptable as excuses in the repair process. This is not the way we conduct business, we are a customer first organization with no excuse for this to happen. Customer has stated that this experience was poor however this can be used as a learning experience with the new staff.

SHADY!!! Worst experience! Don't go to this dealership! I went there a month and half ago for a car. When I got there they said the car sold. However, Jordy worked with me in trying to find the car I wanted. We agreed on a the price for the car and the price for my trade in. He told me that it may take some time for my car to ship to the dealership which wasn't a problem for me. 6 weeks later, he finally told me my car arrived. I went, test drove it, then went to secure it and was told the car was 7k higher than what we agreed upon! Which btw I agreed to pay MSRP which I was reluctant even at that, but now they want 7k more then MSRP! I immediately asked Jordy why the price change and he told me the "top" manager that we dealt with the first time wasn't there so we had to deal with another manager and he said 3 other customers are waiting on the same car and willing to pay more. Great, I have been waiting 6 weeks for the car and we already agreed on the price. Well, the other manager was willing to come down 3k. Um, no, we agreed to a price, thus why you got the car in the first place! I left! Not paying over MSRP and very shady business! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
