I have made 2 separate appointments and both times was told that I would get a loaner since the warranty recall work would take all day because I care 24/7 for someone with dementia and cannot be without a vehicle all days. Both times they assured me that they would have a car for me. I drove 45 minutes both times to the dealer for the warranty repairs and both times they said they had no more loaner cars for me. Took a friend here to look at cars, she’s having to work on her credit and was having a difficult time. Went to a few places that were more interested in getting as much as possible. Scott Smith went above and beyond to help her get the best deal possible despite issues with credit. Service Advisor Jennifer Pilon was very professional to work with. They took my car on time, and she told me approximately two hours for servicing. Two hours later she said my car was ready and discussed services completed with me. Throughly pleasant experience.
