I have made 2 separate appointments and both times was told that I would get a loaner since the warranty recall work would take all day because I care 24/7 for someone with dementia and cannot be without a vehicle all days. Both times they assured me that they would have a car for me. I drove 45 minutes both times to the dealer for the warranty repairs and both times they said they had no more loaner cars for me.
