Although pricing was discussed up front, labor was not included in any service pricing. Total price of service was way more than anticipated and service took 2 hours longer than anticipated. There is a current recall on my vehicle and the service advisor could not give full details as to how long repairs would take. This repair had to be rescheduled and although the car is new and has dealer warranty (6 months, newly purchased) a loaner will not be available for when the recall diagnostic is completed.
