James was/is great! I went to Wyler specifically to look at a Nissan Kicks and a Chevy Trax. After test driving the Kicks, James took me to see a few different Trax. There was no pressure to go with a Nissan. He helped work with their financial dept to get a monthly payment under my budget. Did not try and talk me into any unneeded additions, which was appreciated. Helped with getting my rental returned.
