Nan did a good job working with us, she made sure the new car was put in the garage so we could get our stuff out of our vehicle and put it in the new one. The only problem we are having, is the rear Defroster is not working, don't know if it has blown a fuse or what, will be making contact with then this week.
Very efficient and easy to work with.
Kings Nissan was very prompt and attentive.
Usma and the staff were beyond helpful, answering all questions. Would shop there again. Only reason I didn't buy their car is local dealer offered at same price.
i am a repair shop.bought a part at the parts dept.paid cash,they sold me the wrong part,took it back for a refund one hour labor again i paid cash,they said"ole we will have to mail u a check,we don't cary cash".i said,but" i just gave u cash".they said "well out policy is we have to mail u a check".it's been 1 month,still no check.in other words"we really don't care about ur problem,we are more important than u,we will get around to it when we get a chance".let this be a notice to other shops !!.
I let the salesperson that contacted me that I was not interested in purchasing the vehicle or any other vehicle from them and they continued to contact me about purchasing one for the next 4 or 5 days through emails and text.

DO NOT GO TO KINGS NISSAN! DO NOT EVEN GO TO KINGS NISSAN!!! This people do not keep their word, they will offer a price to you and at the moment of closing they will tell you that they cannot do that because you do not meet requirement xxxx... Just a story. Walk away, use them to drive the cars learn about the vehicles but you will get a better price elsewhere. I did after I walked away from them when they tried to push a higher price!
I contacted the dealer to ask about availability and they confirmed the car was there and available. I drove 25 miles to the dealership only to be told the car had been sold the day before.
