I’ve been with coming to Jeff Wyler Florence for a long time and it’s always a pleasant experience. Today I had the pleasure of working with Shawn McGreevy. He was outstanding! Brought a true light to the whole experience.
Pleasant, comfortable, and short wait time in clean environment. Appointment for oil change, tire rotation, and point check. Complimentary good coffee. Prompt feedback back by the service department. I loved receiving a video of the mechanic, showing view under my hood, and explaining details of my service.
Excellent time working with Tyler King with my trade in and purchase. Very easy to deal with. AAA+++
