Always a pleasant experience
Avoid this place for service. They don't communicate well, they don't call you back (supposedly they don't get your voicemails), and unless it's an easy straight forward problem they can't be bothered to work through the issue.
They had the part I needed. The service department didn’t have time to put the part on. So I bought hoping my mechanic can put the part on.
A bad experience turned into a Great experience. Our old Sentra went kaput. STERLING JACKSON, our Salesman was great. Fran in the service dept. was also a great help.
