Shady. I have never had people purposely hide the keys to my trade in. I had to get ready to call the police to get them back. I was trying to buy a new car and they tried to scam me. We ended up buying the same car from a competitor who was honest. I would shy away from Wyler Automotive group.
I`ll never buy anything from this place again thats for sure. Was sold a ford escape used. Just eight months later the transmission is out of it and I`m left with a piece of junk. Tahnk you Jeff Wyler.
This place is Horrible, the customer service is terrible specifically the service department. Chris & Anthony are rude and unprofessional. I took my car in for KIA engine recall. Anthony was horrible and would not tell me anything regarding repair and when I did ask questions, Anthony responded like I had to pull his teeth. The service at this place has decreased considering I purchased my car here several years ago. I won't be back for service or to buy anything else.
I have been going back and forth on whether or not to post a review with my recent experience here.
