Worst service ever!! The vehicle I was looking at on the website wasn’t even on the lot. After a week of back and forth phone calls they still couldn’t get the vehicle to the lot for me to see it. The dealership it’s self is a dump!! No AC. Holes in the walls and there wasn’t a square inch of carpet that didn’t have stains everywhere. I will never go back to this dealership for any of my vehicle needs!!
Your internet sales are horrible. I expected the car displayed on all 50 or so of the pictures shown with the vehicle description. What I received & refused was not the same vehicle. Your use of the ole ‘bait & switch’ tactic is unacceptable. We have tried discussing this with multiple representatives of Mr. Wyler’s with no resolution except sorry about our luck.
