I was in contact with a salesman and his Manager Dennis on a vehicle. They agreed to a price but refused to send a buyers order, then had me fill out a credit application which they did end up pulling my credit for. Then the manager went radio silent, today I find out the car was sold yesterday. This is quite ltierally the scummiest thing a dealer could do. I took a hard credit hit and they sold the car out under me. If I could give them zero stars I would. I knew something was fishy when all of a sudden the manager refused ... read more

My husband and I felt very welcome here, met 1st with sales agent James Noel who did everything possible to make sure we was taken care of and got is the best deal possible for us to purchase our used 2017 Yukon Denali XL !!!!
