Son purchased a car on January 28th 2026 on March 10th he has stilled failed to receive his memorandum title 41 days after purchase and per ORC they have 40 to provide this document. It took 3 days of phone calls being hung up on 6 times to get the matter addressed and the manager of the title department was unable to speak with my concerns. No response ...no resolution...***Overall just a bad experience I had at Jeff Wyler Hyundai in Fairfield- Sorry about the long review but Its not necessarily the money lost. Jeff Wyler Superior Honda dealership provided me a written offer of $36,000 for my vehicle via text message, with multiple confirmations.
