Jeff Traynor at Howe Reality goes above and beyond of what any realtor would do. Jeff has the initiative and drive to take your preferences, find houses, and visit each one with you any day/time of the week. He will even take it a step further and measure a room for you if you need it. You know those realtors that only treat you like sale, Jeff doesn’t give that persona from the moment you meet him. I’ll be using him for any of my properties in the future.

Immediately when my wife and I met Jeff, we could tell he was genuine and easy to talk with. We had interacted with a few realtors before and we didn't feel at ease with them as we did with Jeff. He was very professional, he gave us a full print out with detailed information about each home. He did not make us feel pressured but also gave us good detail and insight. Jeff helped us sell my mom's house in Sun City West. He was fabulous! I had interviewed three real estate companies before deciding to go with Jeff and Howe Realty. So glad I did. Jeff is an awesome realtor. From the first time I contacted him he reached out to me right away. His professionalism and knowledge of Arizona is the best. He diligently worked with us to find a home that we liked. Moving here from the East coast was a chore in itself but to find a home within a month shows you how hard he works for you.
