My insurance went from 357/mo to 150/mo when i switched to geico. This company & agency treated me like human garbage when i had a claim. Learn from my mistake & go someplace else. It's 2018 there is no longer room for insurance agents in this world now that the internet exists. Put them out of their misery!

I have done business with this firm & also a State Farm Texas for so many years. I have only ever filed one insurance claim. Right now State farm is trying to screw me as another in the list of recent corporations. Health First Health Plans, AT&T to name two of the firms this year. I think this agency should hand deliver the forms they claimed they mailed plus the one they CLAIM they didn't receive. And the claim filed as mentioned above was for someone that ran into me.

I just signed up with State Farm for the 2nd time and I can't say enough about how wonderful it is to work with Connie.
