Honest & Fair Plumbers in Akron OH Jeff the Plumber is by far the BEST plumbing company I have worked with in the Akron, Ohio area. Honest and fair, no other plumbers can compare to the reputable name of Jeff the Plumber. I used them for an emergency repair in December. They came out, treated me with respect, and fixed my busted pipe, and it all ended up in a reasonable bill at the end. Very honest plumber I had Jeff the Plumber come out to my house for what I thought was a small repair. The technician was very thorough in what needed to be done and explained to me how much it was going to cost me. I was able to save the money and have them come out to do the work. I was reading a review posted in 2005 about them not being honest. I found them to be very honest, hard working and skillfull. This is a first class plumbing company.
No problems with this plumber--good and reasonable I haven't had to use a plumber at a house since I am a renter, but I have had to call one from where I work, and we have always used Jeff the Plumber. My sister-in-law's office also uses Jeff the Plumber. Neither of our workplaces has had any problems, the plumbers (who aren't always named Jeff, by the way) are skilled, honest, and trustworthy. They don't overcharge or try to price gouge.
Excellent We had a banging noise in our pipes. We thought it was air in the pipes so we called Jeff the Plumber after trying to fix the issue ourselves. Turns out the problem was not enough water pressure. Jeff could have charged us for air in the pipes but he was HONEST! He charges us a small fee and "tied" the pipes down. We will be using him for our bathroom remodel! He also came to an "emergency" appointment without charging a crazy fee.
Technician not honest I had a leaking faucet once and called Jeff the Plumber. The technician came replaced one pipe and he also told me all the pipe under the sink should all be reaplced. He said they all looks like they will suddently break one day. The total cost for me will be about $1300.00 I told him I will discuss this with my hudsband. The faucet leaked again right after he left and I had to call him back. He told me there is another pipe also need to be reaplced. I changed the 2nd pipe. Guess what? It is still leaki... read more
