I called for an estimate to have two toilets installed in a commercial building. I called on a Wednesday afternoon and it is now Monday and I have heard nothing. I decided to call and I explain that I was waiting for a return call and the lady on the phone acted as if I were interrupting her. She asked for my name and said " i'll remind them to call you" She was very rude and I will not use them if they do decide to call me
Called spoke to person who answers phone, ask for an estimate for creating a half bath in basement. She takes number and says np. Call back after 2 weeks and person who answers phone knows nothing about me or request but informs me it will take 6 weeks to get a estimate. Sorry but should have told me that 2 weeks ago. Who can wait a month and a half for a cost on a project. I will be getting work done just not by Jeff
They were on time and fixed the problem. I like that it's a family owned and operated company.
