He was amazing, extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. Anytime I had a question he was easily reachable, and either had the answer, or knew who to ask to get the answer. I will definitely be using him again if the need arrives and would definitely recommend him.
In fairness we were referred to Jeff by our lender as part of a rebate so we were saving money by choosing him, but it wasn’t worth the money we would have saved. I already purchased a house and have dealt with real estate agents and in this case I did not get the idea Jeff cared about the outcome of our purchase. Nothing was timely. We had to point out multiple things to him about the properties we were supposed to go see regarding loan types and offer deadlines.
