Working with Jeff Smart on a collaborative open house was seriously such a good experience. :) He jumped in with a total can-do attitude and made everything feel easy from the start. We recently concluded a home purchase with Jeff Smart as our buying agent. What a great experience! We thoroughly enjoyed working with Jeff, he is a good communicator who kept us informed and was always there when we needed him. Ours was a contingent purchase and Jeff helped negotiate extensions with the seller to give us the time we needed to sell our home. Jeff and his team are top notch and we highly recommend him!

Unfortunately, our experience with Jeff was extremely disappointing. Throughout the home-buying process, he was consistently unresponsive, slow to return calls or emails (if at all), and gave off the impression that he simply didn’t care. Communication was a constant struggle, and we often felt like we were navigating the process on our own. Jeff has been very easy to work with. We lived a long distance from where we were purchasing a home and Jeff was attentive to our needs and also on top of legal issues involving this transaction. Knowledgeable and accommodating. We appreciated his approach and understanding that comes with working with us from 2,500 miles away.
