I had a core-state hypnotherapy session with Jeff to focus on removing subconscious blocks to self improvement. He put me right at ease and I was able to go through the process effortlessly. I now have a better grasp of what is really important to me, which gave me courage and confidence to take action on things that needed to change in my life.

I had a hypnotherapy session with Jeff not knowing what to really expect. During the consult, he walked me through the process and asked what I might be interested in looking into. I took a day or so to ponder life’s burning questions and presented it at the session. The process felt relaxing not in a sleepy way, but in a “clear your head” way and led to some nice “ah-ha!” moments. Though hypnotherapy may seem intimidating, I recommend giving it a go. It proved to be quite insightful and Jeff is a great guide and listener.

I first met Jeff in a course for massage therapists, we stayed in touch through facebook. Unknowing to him I had a chronic pain issue that had persisted for 26 years from my first car accident. As Jeff posted his knowledge on Facebook, I felt that if someone was able to help it was going to be him. I booked a flight for Maui, as well as 3 appointments with Jeff.
