This review is several years overdue, but has weighed on me all this time. I hired Jeff's wife (Debbie Pannell), firstly, and got a bait and switch with mainly Jeff being the point person. I was selling my late father's house in Sebastopol and will highlight the issues: 1. I got zero help preparing the property. They showed up once in 7 months. 2.
