Unfortunately will need to give a negative review for Jeff and his service. When I interviewed an agents to list my house, Jeff was the best in analyzing the market and figuring out what should be the listed price and housing market in my area. Once the house was listed in MLS, i didnt hear much from him anymore. Other than MLS, no advertising, no marketing, even the open house i needed to do by myself since Jeff didn't believe in open house concept and told me that for his commissions he doesn't have time to do it. Jeff was referred to me by a trusted friend, after I had been through a number of different purchases and sales via other agents. Now, I couldn’t recommend Jeff more myself. He worked with me during a challenging time, with some difficult circumstances, and he made the experience enjoyable throughout.
