Do NOT hire Jeff Russell and Backyard Pool and Spa Service. I hired Jeff to do a complete remodel of my swimming pool. He missed every deadline and would disappear for weeks at a time. The project started in January and was supposed to end in March. After missing the deadline, he just stopped working altogether and basically disappeared. Be Careful!! They walked off the job after being months behind schedule. Never contacted me or returned calls/texts. Just took the money and ran. The BBB tried to contact them and was never able to reach them. The contractors they used for the rock and plaster could not reach them either. I ended up having to go out and re-contract to have the work done. The TDLR has no record of Jeff Russell as a 'licensed electrician'.
