My cousin passed away and left me some Jeff Rowland stereo equipment. A DC power cable was missing and I reached out to get a replacement. The response from the office was exceptional. Jeff answered my email personally and took a phone call from me. Outstanding support and I greatly appreciate the equipment left to me. Thank you.
