I'm a little shocked about some negative reviews about Jeff. Jeff Rose was outstanding throughout my entire home-buying process. He was always available, patient, and proactive, making sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. I was a complete newbie with the whole house-buying thing. He explained each step clearly, followed up on every detail, and truly had my best interest at heart. This guy represents lowballers and time wasters. Think twice before going into contract with him. After tying up my property over a month, they cheated me out of my earnest money. Definitely not a professional and probably the worst real estate experience I've ever had. It's a shame they give people like this licenses
