This guy represents lowballers and time wasters. Think twice before going into contract with him. After tying up my property over a month, they cheated me out of my earnest money. Definitely not a professional and probably the worst real estate experience I've ever had. It's a shame they give people like this licenses

Jeff was great to work with! Selling our house was easy and not stressful.
Jeff showed me a commercial property. I felt that he was thinking of my best interest in terms of pointing out possible building construction issues and business issues as we looked at the property. He also knew the circumstances behind the property being for sale, and asked the other realtor helpful questions I wouldn't have considered. When I felt the property was not suitable, there was no pressure from Jeff to change my mind.
