John Romero handled my case where I was hit from behind on the interstate in downtown Nashville. Mr. Romero always kept me informed and was very patient in explaining to me the process and time frame to expect. I was rear ended on my way to work this past January and was transported to the hospital. I had no idea of how to properly handle this with the insurance company. I spoke with Jeff and Casey then let them handle my claim. Very fast, professional and courteous response is what I received from them. Attorney Casey Elrod handled case. This was my first experience at this, so I wasn’t definite with how everything works. He answered all of my questions and throughly explained the process. What I like most about him is that he kept me informed. There was not period of absence; regularly he would reach out to keep me abreast of where we stood. There’s a reason these people have all five star reviews! Unbelievable customer service! I have a very difficult case and although it’s not something they can help me with Casey spent 20 minutes on the phone with me helping an out of stater navigate through TN law to point me to someone who could help. If I had a personal injury case this would be the only place I go! Thank you Casey
