Attorney Casey Elrod handled case. This was my first experience at this, so I wasn’t definite with how everything works. He answered all of my questions and throughly explained the process. What I like most about him is that he kept me informed. There was not period of absence; regularly he would reach out to keep me abreast of where we stood. We were recommended to Jeff Robert’s and associates, so we called them up and got assigned to Casey Elrod. Casey has been amazing since day one. He was very thorough in explaining the process, attorney fees, his inkling on what the outcome would be, and he was very honest and transparent at all stages. Attorney Casey Elrod is the absolute best. First off he is so kind and bubbly, every phone call his energy is contagious. He took my case without hesitation and kept me updated at every turn. His goal was for me to at least break even and not have to pay anything out of my pocket regarding medical bills from my accident. Super grateful for my experience with Jeff Roberts & Associates. I worked directly with Casey Elrod following an unfortunate car accident I was in. It was a stressful and pretty emotional time for me, and having Casey support and represent me during that time was wonderful. Thanks to him I was awarded a settlement check that I could finally put towards medical expenses and a new car payment that I did not have before.. and feeling very happy to be able to put this situation behind me.

We called Casey when we had gotten into a car accident while in town for our destination wedding. He was great! Highly recommend him, he is quick to respond to questions and concerns and kept us updated every step of the way. He explained everything in layman's terms so we understood and was always upfront about the approximate payout we would receive before and after all the fees were paid.. Highly highly highly recommend Casey!
