I have been seeing Dr. Rapp for years and all the sudden his office won’t answer any calls, I leave voicemails with no response from his office. I have sent multiple messages trying to get anyone from the clinic to answer on their Klara app they now use to communicate with their patients. I don’t know what is going on with his office but don’t count on them to be there for you when you wake up in agonizing pain and try to schedule an appointment.
