I can’t say enough good things about Jeff. My husband and I worked with him in Oct 2024. He was always available, super easy to talk to, and laid out all the options for us. Sometimes it’s uncomfortable to talk about finances with lenders especially because they can be judgy and there’s always a lot on the line, but Jeff made us very comfortable and it was easy to get direct answers from him. Almost 2 years ago, Jeff and Anna helped my partner and I get our dream house. They both made things so easy, they took the time to answer all our questions, and worked with our realtor to help us meet deadlines when we were out of the state dealing with family issues. I cannot recommend Jeff and Anna enough. Knowledgeable, kind, understanding, but tough when it comes to fighting for their clients. Perfect!
If I could give Jeff and Anna more stars, I would without hesitation. This team at Prime Lending went well above what has been my previous experience. The loan was a hybrid mortgage but with renovation included. Every facet from offer to closing was not only painless, but actually enjoyable. Extremely unusual given how stressful this kind of life event could be. :-)
