Bought a 2017 Chevy Bolt and Leo helped me every step! It felt great buying an EV from them because they all knew the unique features and details of the Bolt. I Have to say this was by far the worst experience I Have encountered with a dealership. My Jeep was in the possession of this dealership due to it being a certified dealer to work with my warranty. They had my car for weeks due to delay of a part that was needed. That wasn't the issue for me . But what was an issue is when I asked to speak with the director because there was some issues with me getting a rental and they were projecting to keep my car for multiple weeks. Called ahead to make sure they could mount and dismount my size wheels and tires with exact specs. Was told they would be done same day. Technician came to front desk throwing a temper tantrum to the service advisor “Are you expecting these tires to be done today?!”. Completely unprofessional. Waited in waiting room and then was told “it’ll have to wait until Monday”. Which was completely fine, I would have rather had been told that from the beginning.
