I truly love my Chevrolet Bolt. I called because I noticed the finish peeling on my roof rail and they got me in right away to check it out and order the part. I was called when the part came in and they set me an appointment for the following day. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Jeff Perry is the only place I will ever go to have my cars serviced. Thank you for the Great experience.
Jordan, technician was very professional and helpful with understanding of our questions and ensured we understood what services we needed to have done before traveling. She even went above and beyond by printing out a schedule of maintenance for our vehicle from GM. Thank you again Jordan!
Bought an SUV and truck through them. Had amazing service, quick in and out, I think we were there just over an hour every time. Will definitely be going back in the future!
If I could give zero stars I would. I'm sad to say - I loved our 2019 Terrain SLT we bought here in 2020, but we traded in for a 2022 Ford Explorer after the Terrain was in for service checks with zero resolutions despite having a certified warranty due to issues. Engine knocking, check engine lights, dealership putting in wrong oil that's documented, ect. We even had our family mom and pop mechanic tell us we have cylinder damage AND metal in the oil that the dealership denied. Finally we were over an hour away from home la... read more
