They were helpful. Although I never got the video they said they were going to send me.
The staff, Mr Love, specifically, went out of their way to take care of me and my purchase. We live 2 hours away from lot. But Mr Love made the purchasing process seamless! I love my Toyota Camry!

It was very pleasant
It has been very difficult to obtain information from this dealership. They have had the pictures of the wrong vehicle model for an online listing for weeks now. After many attempts to get pictures of the actual vehicle for sale I had one response stating they would get the actual pictures to me quickly. That was about a week ago. Be careful with this dealership.

I was never contacted, either by phone or email…Really wish they would have called me, I wanted to buy that car.
Blatantly lied to over the phone. Called to see if a vehicle was available and was invited to come in immediately to test drive, only to be told upon arriving that it had sold. The salesman who helped us said they "have" to do that to get us on the lot, which he agreed was a shady practice. It completely soured my opinion on the entire company and I will not consider them as a viable option going forward.
Great car purchase experience. Low pressure. Answered all questions. Fair deal on trade in and out in less than an hour! Thank you Alex Smith!!
