If life were perfect there wouldn’t be a need for oncology, but it isn’t, and there is a need. My personal experience as a patient of Dr. Sharman has been very good. No matter how busy the clinic becomes, Dr. Sharman will take the time to thoroughly go over my labs, and to make sure that I am doing well. The staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is comfortable. As a patient I am very fortunate to have a doctor that works from the heart, and with genuine passion.
I enjoy wonderful care by Dr. Sharman for my CLL. He enrolled me in a clinical trial that will hopefully reduce my treatment period and he monitors my progress monthly. Dr. Sharman has a great passion for patients. I really enjoyed the book that includes his contributions; "Race for a Remedy", Makhdum Ahmed, MD, Prometheus Books, 2024. It gave me a high level of confidence in my situation.
I was extremely nervous being referred to a specialist regarding recent test results. From the moment Dr. Sharman walked into the room he made me feel at ease and made certain I understood what the next several steps would be, giving me worst case scenarios and that I had no reason to worry. While I hope my visits are nearing an end, I wholeheartedly recommend anyone choose Dr. Sharman should the need arise!
Everyone has been very friendly and professional. Dr Sharman is the only doctor, I see anywhere, that deserves 5 stars. He keeps me alive. Thank you
