Very unprofessional business owner. Scheduled an afternoon appointment that required me to be at home at noon. Three hours later I called to inquire as to when his plumber was coming and was informed that they were not coming on this day. He then tried to get me to agree to do this all again two days from now with no guarantee that anyone would show. Had I not called him, I would have never been informed that no one was coming. This customer, Jean, called me approximately 2 weeks ago to set up an appointment to install her pedestal sink and toilet. We were very busy and at that time she asked if we could do something in the afternoon on July 24th. As we do with all of our customers I very clearly explained to her that we do not schedule afternoon appointments. We can only guarantee the first call of the day which is at 8 am.
